Consumer Code for Home Builders
The Consumer Code for Home Builders was developed to ensure that the home-buying process is fair, transparent, and straightforward. It outlines the service levels you can expect from us as your builder and ensures you understand your rights both before and after moving in.
If you are dissatisfied with how we’ve handled your complaint, you have the option to refer the issue to your Home Warranty Provider. If necessary, they may escalate the matter to the Consumer Code for Home Builders, which operates an Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme (IDRS). This independent process considers the evidence provided by both parties and makes a final adjudication.
Using the formal complaints process or the IDRS will not affect your legal rights.

New Homes Quality Board (NHQB)
The New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) works to improve standards in the home-building industry. As part of their efforts, they have created the New Homes Ombudsman Service (NHOS), an independent body designed to resolve disputes fairly.
If you are dissatisfied with how we’ve addressed your complaint, you can refer the matter to the New Homes Ombudsman Service under the New Homes Quality Code. The NHOS will independently assess the evidence from both sides and provide a final decision.
Using our complaints process or the NHOS does not affect your legal rights.

Choosing a Sky House really was the best decision. My Sky House is completely different to all new build homes and that's why I love it. Hassle free with all the extra details. Of course, the economic values are great but the roof terrace is the perfect touch and my favourite part.
I love the sense of space and light. I like how every part of the house has a purpose and feels different in its own right. I think one of my favourite spaces is the landing. It could easily have just been an after thought - but I like that it feels like an extra little room to sit and read or just chill in.
The houses are lovely and much higher quality finish than other new build homes.
