With over 10 years experience in the property industry, Bozena joined Sky-House Co in mid 2024. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the company from residential sales, lettings, affordable housing and new build sales. Bozena brings new energy and fresh ideas to Sky-House Co with her innovativee and creative thinking.

A keen eye for interiors and fluent in four languages! Bozena loves “found” pets, travel and the great outdoors, but is happiest when adventuring with her family.

A disciplined task driven administrator. Toni started with CODA in 2004 and worked her way through the business from Receptionist to Office Manager.

Working side by side with David in building and managing all divisions of the business including Krynkl, Crossbow, CODA and now Sky-House Co.

A natural organiser and advocate of Marie Kondo.

Sky-House co-founder and former Managing Director in Equities at Bank of America bringing unparalleled experience in strategy and risk management.

A keen sportsman with one eye on his handicap and the other on his hometowns league performance, Ian was once a legend on the pitch but now prefers the more sedentary approach to football via his Sky Sports package.

The financial team at Sky-House Co is bolstered by his fine grain approach to finance and risk management.

Armed with a 2.1 degree in Economics, Archie started out at Keepmoat in 2022 while pursuing a Masters in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. Archie joined the Sky-House team in 2024.

Beyond work, Archie enjoys supporting Leeds (in moments), following Formula 1, and exploring new places.

A well organised lifelong administrator with over ten years in the construction and insurance sectors. Louise has worked alongside her brother David and Toni in all aspects of their businesses. Louise joined Sky-House in 2021.

Louise loves to shop, ferry her kids around and tend to their growing menagerie of eclectic animals!

Louis is currently a student at Sheffield Hallam university studying Project Management and started his year out placement with Sky-House in September.

Louis enjoys going for walks in the Peak District and watching football when he can. Fun fact: Louis is bilingual and fluent in Albanian.

A highly respected, straight-talking, no-nonsense property lawyer dragged out of semi-retirement by David and Philip.

Joni is charged controlling the legal processes across all the divisions, demystifying legalese jargon and simplifying long paragraphs into bullet points for David.

Officially classified as ‘Dangerous’ on ‘Work Do’s’…

Daisy, officially known as ‘Daisy Moo’, gives love and support (and maybe the occasional bark) to anyone who needs it at Sky House HQ. Daisy loves treats, chin rubs and greeting visitors when she pleases.

Her roles consist of: sleeping, playing with her carefully selected toys, answering calls and providing cuteness therapy for staff. When Daisy isn’t in the office, she walks, torments her Dad, visits her Grandparents, or will be found napping in the Snug. Fun fact: Daisy has won ‘Employee of the Month’ every month.

Creative Award-Winning Architect / Developer. David founded and exited CODA, one of the region’s leading multi-disciplinary architecture practices specialising in housing.

Founded Crossbow in 2013 leading to the formation of Sky-House Co and the BIG City Co. A series of development brands focusing on the ‘missing-middle’ of the housing market; from the first time and last time buyer to urban and rural solutions.

Described as a purveyor of gentle density, natural sustainability, and robust, durable Architecture. A lover of terraced housing and linear master plans!

A former guest lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University in Real Estate and Architecture and International keynote speaker and panellist specialising in regeneration and housing.

A seasoned Accounts professional with plenty of construction experience having worked at some of the cities largest developers.

A keen runner, long suffering Wednesday fan and an avid to-do list maker (even making lists of lists).

Jodie joins Toni, Joni and the other Jodie in the Sky-House Co name rhyming game!

With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, Paul started out as a bricklayer before advancing into management. Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Sky-House Co.

Enjoys watching most sports and is a lifelong Leeds United fan, for his sins. Paul loves holidaying with his family and going on walks with his dog ‘Buddy’.
