We are all about making things local again. We want to create spaces that allow you to natter, play, and shop, eat or drink in our neighbourhoods.
Hopefully by now you know what we’re about. We are Sheffield. We are South Yorkshire.

Yes ball games
People are often quite rightly unsure about new build developments. Mass housing plonked on cul-de-sacs. Car dependent. Dull.
We are trying to change this one development at a time. We want our homes to become places where you can live, work, play and rest – whilst enjoying a balanced life that isn’t dependent on cars and commuting. A place with a beating heart.
Originally based on the back-to-back housing concept, we aim to create sensitively compact communities that are centred around beautiful open spaces for residents to thrive.
Each development also comes with off-street parking and EV charging points, cycle storage to encourage sustainable travel and play spaces to encourage your children’s health and wellbeing. Ball games are strictly encouraged!

Pocket parks for children (and pets!) to play, wildscapes to enhance biodiversity and a variety of personal and private spaces for all to enjoy - from ground floor patios, to first floor balconies and our signature top floor roof gardens.

Naturally sustainable homes with a fabric first approach, combined with the latest technology such as air source heat pumps, solar panels, electric charging points and so on (all included as standard!)
Contemporary living
Our homes are designed with this in mind, offering open-plan spaces that can be adapted to fit the way you want to live.
Cul-de-sacs
We prioritise people over vehicles, designing cities and communities around the needs of people instead of cars, bin lorries, and HGVs. This results in a more livable and human-centred urban environment.
Car dependency
Our neighbourhoods prioritise sustainable transportation options. While we have reduced parking spaces, we have increased bike parking to encourage a car-free lifestyle. Our goal is to create communities that encourage walking, biking, and public transportation use, promoting healthier and more environmentally friendly modes of transportation."
Standardisation
We creates unique developments tailored to each location. We never use templates, instead considering the site's features to design homes that are in harmony with their surroundings and meet the needs of future residents. Each of our homes is a unique expression of its location. Never cut and paste.
Formulaic housing
Our people-centric approach to development focuses on creating homes and communities that are not only functional but enjoyable to live in. Our goal is to create developments that are loved and valued for generations to come.

Based on the back-to-back housing concept, ‘Sky House’ aims to create sensitively compact communities that are centred around a pocket park with a series of open spaces for the residents to enjoy.
Our designs take reference from our industrial past, incorporating saw-toothed roofs in a sensitive contemporary style, echoing the more recent contemporary commercial developments in our region.
Each house has a small front garden for a natter with your neighbour over a cuppa, a first-floor balcony to enjoy a G&T and rooftop garden for private entertaining (or the odd BBQ). Communal spaces are designed for both kids and grown-ups to play. Ball games are strictly encouraged!
