By utilising brownfield land and local materials we can build efficiently in locations that are walkable, accessible, diverse and that are designed around people. Solar energy

Where possible all our homes will include solar panels as standard, providing residents with a source of clean, renewable energy.

Electric vehicle charging

Up to 80 tonnes of CO2 per home is emitted during the construction of all new build homes. We have offset these carbon emissions on our developments by supporting projects across the UK and overseas, including planting 10 trees for every home we build. As part of our commitment to zero carbon emissions, each development will provide each property access to an electrical vehicle charging point AS STANDARD.

Eco-friendly MEV indoor heat pumps

Each home comes fitted with an eco-friendly indoor heat pump that recycles waste energy from inside the home and converts it to low-cost renewable hot water. For every 1kW of energy consumed, the system can produce up to 4.5kW of thermal energy.

App-enabled electric heating

Each property is heated by app-enabled electric radiators. Each comes pre-programmed for easy use and control, with infrared communication to receive commands from an app

We are proud to say that all our developments are carbon-neutral in construction with 100% of carbon generated offset each year. But we know we can do more. Natural open spaces on our development provide not only an oasis for residents to relax and connect but are also ideal habitats for pollinating insects. Bat boxes, bird boxes and living green walls are also offered on certain developments to further support local ecosystems.

We are all about home-ownership at Sky-House Co. This is why all our home are Freehold properties. A community management company is set up for each development. A small charge is collected so that each resident contributes to the upkeep of the communal spaces, pocket parks and landscaping. Communal areas are owned, managed and used by the community which creates ownership and buy in and therefore value. Local council tax should be reduced in lieu of this self-sufficiency.
