We are thrilled to announce that contracts have been exchanged for our second Sky-House Co residential project in Sheffield city centre.

Located at Trinity Street/Copper Street in Shalesmoor, close to Kelham Island, this exciting development will include 34 one- and two-bedroom apartments across two blocks, 12 two- and three-bedroom family homes, and two commercial spaces, all thoughtfully designed around communal gardens.

This new project will breathe new life into an area historically known as ‘Little Chicago’ during the Sheffield Gang Wars of the 1920s,” said Sky-House Co co-founder and director David Cross. “Our design will integrate seamlessly into the narrow and steep streets of Shalesmoor, creating a characterful and contextual neighbourhood that builds on the success of neighbouring Kelham Island.”

Designed by Sheffield’s CODA Studios, our Sky-House properties feature en-suite bedrooms, open-plan living spaces, patios, and balconies. Outside, residents can enjoy communal gardens, bike storage, and a car-sharing club.

This project follows the start of work at our Devonshire Green site, which will deliver 60 Sky-House properties alongside vibrant commercial spaces.
