These homes offered a contemporary twist on the Victorian terraced house and overlooked the Stocksbridge valley.
Sky-House Fox Valley was an exciting addition to the rapidly changing and ever-popular town of Stocksbridge, just minutes away on foot from the Fox Valley Shopping Centre.
Sky-House Co. brought something unique to Stocksbridge. With a design-led, eco-friendly concept, these 3-bedroom townhouses were set over three floors with up to 960 sq. ft. of floorspace and full-height windows that flooded the homes with natural light. The clean-lined kitchens by Nobilia featured sleek handleless units and integrated appliances, quality worktops, and complementary splashbacks.
The homes celebrated sustainable living with the inclusion of solar PV panels, intelligent double glazing, app-controlled electric heating, eco-friendly MEV indoor heat pumps, and EV charging capabilities. Choosing a Sky House really was the best decision. My Sky House is completely different to all new build homes and that's why I love it. Hassle free with all the extra details. Of course, the economic values are great but the roof terrace is the perfect touch and my favourite part.
I love the sense of space and light. I like how every part of the house has a purpose and feels different in its own right. I think one of my favourite spaces is the landing. It could easily have just been an after thought - but I like that it feels like an extra little room to sit and read or just chill in.
The houses are lovely and much higher quality finish than other new build homes.
