The Northern Housing Awards in Manchester Set the Stage for a Wonderful Night in Great Company

It was an honour for us to be jointly shortlisted with our Oughtibridge Mill development alongside Moda, Placefirst, and Rowlinson in the award for the best private development of the year.

Many congratulations to Rowlinson for scooping the award with The Depot, and all the other winners on the night.

We don’t think we’ve ever been to an awards dinner (on a Tuesday night) that was so packed out! It was really great to see so many people out celebrating excellence and achievement in housing during a tough period for the sector.

Finally, we’d like to shout out to CODA who have been an amazing architectural partner. Their design continues to support our vision for a gentler and more sustainable future.
