New Team Members Join the Sky-House Family

Lance White has joined the team as Assistant Site Manager and will be working alongside Senior Site Manager Paul Battye on the development of our new Waverley Central site. With his expertise, Lance will play a key role in bringing this next stage of the Sky-House vision to life.

In addition, Archie Maury has been appointed Assistant Quantity Surveyor, bringing valuable skills to our growing projects. Caroline Coulthard also joins as Office Administrator, supporting our expanding team and operations.

We are delighted to welcome Lance, Archie, and Caroline to the Sky-House family,” said Sky-House Co director David Cross. “2024 is proving to be our busiest year ever, with a raft of projects across Sheffield. To bring these developments to fruition, we need the expert skills and dedication of a great team. Lance, Archie, and Caroline bring exactly that.

Sky-House Co is known for its unique approach to modern back-to-back housing and has already gained significant acclaim with its developments at Waverley and Oughtibridge. The company is also making strides with its city centre development at Egerton Street, between Devonshire Green and Charter Row, and the Copper Street project at Shalesmoor, which is currently awaiting planning approval from Sheffield City Council.

As we continue to expand our portfolio of developments, we look forward to welcoming more passionate individuals to our team to help achieve our mission.
