Key Worker Discount

- There is no cash alternative to the value of this offer.
- Only one Key Worker Discount Offer may be used in the purchase of a property and no other Sky House offers may be used in conjunction.

- It is only available on a home that will be the applicants main residence and not for investment/buy-to-let properties or second homes.

Get rewarded by sharing your love for your Sky-House home with family and friends! If any of your loved ones fancy a Sky-House, we’ll sort you both out with a reward. All you’ve got to do is download a voucher, jot down your details, and pass it on so they can do the same.
Once your friend or family find their dream home, they just need to hand the filled-out voucher to one of the Sales team when they’re ready to reserve. Simple as that! We’ll then pay you both £500 after legal completion has taken place.
