We know that some people like to have a physical form to fill out at their own pace. If that’s you, don’t worry — you can easily download a printable version of our referral form below. Alternatively, if you’d prefer, simply contact our friendly sales team and we’ll email or post a copy directly to you — no printer required. Once completed, you can return the form to us by email, post, or in person at one of our show homes.

Who can I refer?
You can refer friends, family, colleagues, or anyone you think would love a Sky-House home.

When do we receive the reward?
The reward is issued after your friend’s home purchase legally completes.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No — you can refer as many people as you like.

Does my friend need to mention my name when enquiring?
They don’t need to mention your name, but your referral must be submitted before they reserve a home.

Can I refer someone who has already contacted Sky-House?
Referrals must be received before a reservation is made. Existing enquiries or reservations may not qualify.

Does the scheme apply to all developments?
Yes — the referral scheme applies across all Sky-House Co developments unless stated otherwise.

Choosing a Sky House really was the best decision. My Sky House is completely different to all new build homes and that's why I love it. Hassle free with all the extra details. Of course, the economic values are great but the roof terrace is the perfect touch and my favourite part.
