How does it all work?
Our new build referral scheme is incredibly simple!
- Let people know about your Sky-House journey and get the conversation flowing.
- Download a referral form and fill in your details, then pass it along to your friend or family member for them to do the same! Or refer directly when visiting Sky-House, just pass on the details of the person you are referring to a member of the team.
- The referred person will then give the voucher to our helpful sales team, ahead of reserving their home.
- As soon as legal completion takes place, you both receive £1,000*!

Choosing a Sky House really was the best decision. My Sky House is completely different to all new build homes and that's why I love it. Hassle free with all the extra details. Of course, the economic values are great but the roof terrace is the perfect touch and my favourite part.
